bought a necklace everything was fine till the chain broke we brought it in for repair we were told that the needed to replace the chain we did and when we got it back the chain was different length , style and type of gold

I had a set budget and they helped me to get the perfect piece. I also took a ring in for restyling into a necklace and the process was so incredibly easy, and craftsmanship was top notch. A fantastic little company. I walked in looking for an engagement ring, and received full service and assistance from the owner himself. No one tried to get me to spend more than I wanted, and no one tried to press certain items or ideas on me. They worked entirely within what I wanted, and within my very small budget. It's a great store. I will definitely be visiting again in the future for resizing and repairs, should I need it.

I loved picking out my engagement ring at Lovette! My (now fiance, then boyfriend) and I went together to many jewelry shops in Lincoln. Lovette was one of our first stops and I fell in love with one of the first rose gold rings I saw there. Many locations had similar bands but either were more costly, didn't offer the band color I wanted, or their diamond selection was out of our price range/not what we were looking for. We ended up coming back together and purchasing the ring and replacing the center diamond with a different stone from their collection of diamonds. The sales staff was not pushy and were happy to help as compared to other chain jewelry stores we visited. We were very happy with the quality, service, and prices offered here and I'd go back in a heartbeat to purchase a wedding band or future jewelry.

Lovette Jewelers was great to work with. From getting our wedding bands, needing them resized to soldering my engagement ring and wedding band together - they were always happy to help. Lovette had such a quick turn around when my ring was soldered - I only had to go a few days without it. Lovette Jewelers was everything that I hoped for when searching out an engagement ring. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, even encouraging me to go out and compare their prices and assortment to other stores (which I did) so as to ensure my satisfaction. This gave great peace of mind. There was no pretense of knowing "what was best" for me, "what I REALLY wanted," or any attempt to make a quick buck. They listened to exactly what I asked and offered exactly what I was looking for in a friendly and personal manner.

They have an impressive computer program that elegantly creates a customized ring from the ground up. Watching A.J. carefully craft the ring on the program (I highly recommend) to my suggestions and specifications--and to my ever changing mind--was exciting and really fun. If you have any doubts about this program, I guarantee the product is so worth it, and it was surprisingly affordable. I would expect such high quality craftsmanship and specificity to come at the cost of a pretty penny, but instead, I ended up getting a beautiful ring and extra money to spend toward the future reception. My fiancee thinks it is gorgeous, and we both couldn't be happier with the outcome.
