Lovette Jewelers offers a wide variety of payment options. We accept Cash, Check and major credit cards. Layaway is available as well as financing through Wells Fargo (with approved credit).

Layaway Policy: Half down, any amount monthly for up to 6 months. The balance is divided into the 6 month term of the layaway, customers will not be billed on a monthly basis. However, a monthly payment is needed until paid in full. A down payment refund will be given within 30 days of placing an item or items on layaway. After 30 days all monies stay as In-Store Credit only. These conditions do not apply to special orders. Layaway payments must be made every 30 days, in case of default within 30 days, deposit will be refunded, after 30 days, deposit will be given as in store credit only and cost of any alterations will be deducted and merchandise returned to stock. 

Special Orders: Special and Custom Orders are final sales and deposits are not refundable. 

Return Policy: All claims and returns must be accompanied by a receipt, original form of payment and completed in person. No refunds after 7 days. Exchanges may be made within 30 days from purchase date if merchandise has not been worn; however, no refunds or in store credit will be given after 30 days from purchase date. Merchandise that has been altered, sized or worn is not refundable.
